Title: 1851 Census - Witton Gilbert, CLAUGHAN
Post by: Neenie on Monday 08 November 04 09:48 GMT (UK)
Hi everyone!

Could SKS please perform a lookup for the following CLAUGHAN family listed in the 1851 Census index for Witton Gilbert:

HO107/2394/376  Geo 49, Eliz 39, Jo 17, Eliz 15, Geo 10, Lawson 2

I believe their surname was mis-spelt CLAUGHIN in the census.

Any help would be appreciated!

Best regs

Just to clarify, this is Witton Gilbert, County Durham and in no way related to Dorset!  Why has this been moved from Durham to Dorset??
