I cannot move on and I'm stuck, wondered if you could help....
The information I have is Peter Simenton c1810 or could be spelt Simonton/Siminton/simerton, anyway he married a lady b y the name of Maria (surname unknown) around c1828. They lived in Wandsworth/Lambeth and had a son Peter c1832.
I'd like to know if there is any more information on Peter and whether any census information reveals Peters c1810 family or brother and sisters. I know this is a long shot, but I'm now stumped.
Thank you for any help, I really do appreciate your time.

Oh my god, that is just amazing.
I really can't thank you enough for that.
Looking at the information, there ages are well out of whack with my originals, do yout hink this is the copying or correct.
Now I guesss Im gonna have to look for Peter 75 up in scotland for furhter information.
Any idea where i should start looking for Peters Parents?
and thank you agian for your help.

The ages are very clear on the original Enumerators Page ...
Scotland not my forté - try posting a specific question on the relevant forum.
I've got a nagging memory that an 1831 census survives for this area .... lodged with Wandsworth Archives I seem to remember - try Google ...
Pleased you got a result !
Have you followed the children through later years ?

I have the children down from Peter 1832, but now I would like to trace Margaret, but Im gonna have to do a bit of detective work to find out what her married name became.
I thought Simenton would be easier to trace as My nan was the last living, before she married, to have had Simenton with that spelling.
but I will try what you have suggested.
Thank you again, a very happy rootschatter.
