Hiya Kaz,
It's possible that the Irish and Local Studies section of the Central Library in Royal Avenue, Belfast may have a picture. Other sources would be the Public Record Office and the school if it still exists. The Librarian has just handed me a book called "Images of South Belfast" so I'll take a look through it. Sorry to say the picture was not in the book.

Don't give up Kaz.
There are several large collection of photographs in various archives in Ireland. The Ulster Museum have at least on as do some of the archives in Dublin and PRONI have a large number of documents and photos of schools. A good start might be to write to the Belfast Telegraph if you've not tried that already.
If you can discover when the school opened then if you, or someone acting on your behalf, have patience you might be able to get a photocopy of a picture from a newspaper.

Hello Kaz,
Have a look at the BBC "Your Place and Mine" page on Belfast - 'The Markets.'
Two of the posters attended St Colemans.
