Title: Marriage or Census lookup please FOSTER/HOWELL

Can someone help me find the marriage between Aurthur william Howell and Dora May Foster Wolverhampton? approx1900-1930
I have no other information except Dora was mother to Doreen Florence Maud Howell in 1934, whom now deceased for near 20 years. I believe Dora May died soon after the birth of Doreen.
