You dont say when Charles was born, or a rough estimate of what dates you are looking at.

Hi, have just seen your post. Am interested as to which branch you belong. My Grandma was Mary Ann Burgess, daughter of David Burgess/Sarah Gregory. David was son of Joseph Burgess/Phoebe Gibbs. Joseph Burgess son of Joseph Burgess/Mary Garrett. Joseph son of Charles Burgess/Jane.

I'm related via Walter Burgess son of Matthew and Mary Bates.  Matthew and Joseph (who married Phoebe Gibb) are brothers.  Perhaps we could exchange the information on the Burgess that we have, feel free to private message me.
