Title: St. Kevins', Harrington Street (FITZGERALD)
Post by: sue23 on Sunday 03 September 06 04:27 BST (UK)
Hi,
Can someone please provide me with some guidance as to how to source BMD records/ monumental inscriptions from the Church of St. Kevin?

My interests lie in the surname FITZGERALD c. 1850 - current
In particular the family of James FITZGERALD and Mary HOLLAND (est. married 1878 - 1882)

Many thanks,
Sue

Hi Sue
Just noticed your note - don't know anything about St.Kevins, but I am interested in FitzGerald.
My Gt.Grandad Thomas Christopher FitzGerald was born c1850 either Cork or Sandymount, Dublin. married around 1873-75  Any connection.

Hello Helkar,
I'll never close off any possibilities! However, at this stage I don't have a reference to a Thomas C. FitzGerald.
Unfortunately, I no nothing about James FITZGERALD's family (ie. parents/ siblings), and I've put a lot of my irish ancestry on hold, as my lack of knowledge on irish genealogy daunts me a tad!
I'll keep an eye out for you as I take the plunge though!
Kind regards,
Sue
