I am trying to find a birth in Birkenhead of Elizabeth Price c.1885 +, to John Price and Ellen Price (nee Schofield). Can someone help me please?

Hi Hazelnut,

There's a birth in 1886 for Elizabeth PRICE, Birkenhead, BIR/145/64 from www.cheshirebmd.org.uk.  The only way to get the parents names is by ordering the certificate, if you print off the form and specify the names and the entry doesn't match you will normally not be charged by the local register office (if you use freebmd and order from GRO specifying reference checking and add the parents names, you will still pay £4 even if there isn't a match).
