I'm hoping somebody can help me here. Was at a car boot today and came across an indenture dated 1780. Am still transcribing it as the writing in quite bad. However, it concerns a Samuel and Susan Prime of Whitton in Middlesex. And Mary Holden of Twickenham It seems to pertain to a property and mentions a will, but can't make out everything yet. Talks a lot about easements, paths and outhouses, but doesn't seem to give an address.
Firstly, can anybody see any of the main characters on the 1841 - I know without ages and places it's not easy, and the chances are they wont have survived that long, but just in case.
Secondly, has anybody researched an indenture before, and have they any advice on how to go about it?

Billybob,
Many thanks for that. I did as suggested and, with subtle variations, it's very much as I have here. So at least I know what I'm dealing with now, which is a great bonus.
