Sorry, not so lucky on the 1841, they could be transcribed wrongly. I have tried all the variants that I could think of, but no luck. There were not that many Bourlet's in the 1841 census, so I have extracted them all.

HO107/685/5/25  Crescent Street St.Pancras
John Bourlet 35 Carrier
Hellen 35
John 15 App.
Arthur 13
Rosia? 10
Hellen 5
William 3
Julia 1  All YES born in the county

HO107/680/6/39 George Street Marylebone
Jane 20 Female Serv. not clear if yes or no. looks like no.

HO107/722/14/5 68 Lombard Street City of London
William 41 Male Serv not born in the county

Somebody may find them on another index.

Hope this helps.

Jennifer
