Title: Appleby Parva/Magna - Ward

I'm trying to trace the history of my husband's family - 'Wards' who have farmed in this area for at least 80 years.  The problem is with boundaries as our home (farm) has been in Derbyshire and Leicestershire in the past.

Any help appreciated.

Noticed you had Hirst in your names list. I am looking for more info on John Hirst B 1810 Morley, and subsequently lived in Selby till at least 1851, then Liverpool, Toxteth Park, and others in West Derby. Any chance of a connection?
