Hi Rootschatters

The 1851 Census (Reference Castleton HO107/2244
Folio: 632 Page: 53) has the following family with composition and ages at the 1841 census being:

John Howarth, head, 36, Flannel Weaver, Rochdale
Alice, wife, 32, Rochdale
Alice, dau, 9,  Rochdale
Ann, dau, 7,  Rochdale
James, son, 5,  Rochdale
Charles, son, 2,  Rochdale

Would someone please be able to confirm these details or variations.

Not really too sure what you are asking but by the 1851 Census there are two more children - after a long gap following birth of Charles in 1839 - Elizabeth was born in 1847 and Thomas in 1849.

Hi,

I guess the request is a little vague.

I have the Howarth family at the 1851 census but would like to locate them at the 1841 census if possible.

Robert's occupation, second christian names if any for the children which I doubt or if there were any children listed in 1841 that are no longer listed in 1851 would be useful.
