Looking on the 1891 census my gr/gr/grandparents were living at
5 White Houses, Greenfields.
As I was looking at the next households along the street, a few doors along was the Plough Inn, is there anyone local who can tell me if the Inn and houses are still standing

In the 1911 Census the Plough Inn is listed next to Plough Farm which is shown as just a Farm Buildig with no occupants.

Wendy,
Thanks for the help but I now discover there were 4 "Plough Inn" in Flintshire.
Having seen the marriage banns were read in Flint Parish Church I mailed the vicar who said Greenfield was never in Flint so therefore the Plough Inn in Flint is the one. It has also been knocked down in the last 120 years.

Phil
