Please could someone look up Mary Crowder who was born in 1810 in Tansley and was living in Crich in 1871.

Could the Martha Crowder be the Martha Twigg of 1851?
I have found a Martha Twigg b Tansley on 1841 but age 6
The children are listed in a strange order-wondered if the first 2 might be from another marriage of George, then Martha from previous marriage of Mary, next 2 children they had together, then Charles is George's brother with wife and child????? Only guessing of course

Suz, I dont have access to my notes at the moment as I am away from home. I seem to remember that Martha Twigg b Tansley was very likely the illegitimate daughter of Mary Crowder nee Twigg. I'll check it out when I get home.

Suz, the Martha Twigg in the 1851 census is 20 years old which alignes with a LDS record which has a Martha Twigg :
Birth: 28 MAR 1831
Christening: 22 MAY 1831 Matlock, Derby, England
Parents:
Mother: MARY TWIGG
No fathers name recorded, so it is possible that my Mary Twigg had Martha before marriage. I have no means of knowing for sure.

hello there i am lloking for help with my crowder relatives my grt grt grandmother was called elizabeth crowder on census it shows her mother to be a sarah ? father george crowder .occupations hawker ..elizabeth married a joseph cooper and had my grt nan amongst other siblings three of wich were adopted out sadly .i am finding it hard to get any more info about georges wife sarah lack of maiden name isnt helping and also his parents . would be most greatful if you could help or perhaps we somehow link thanks again .x kelly smith

thanks for replying dear . thanks for youre help yes i believe elizabeth from census was born around 1874 st lukes middlesex. her father geaorge arond about 1853 bishopsgate sarah his wife 1852 st giles. i think this is correct but like i say its really hard trying to work it all out x thanks for youre time . kelly x

hello I have finally worked out when my elizabeth crowder was born
october 1861 st giles she was married to joseph cooper in 1882 isslington. thanks for any responses replys

okay have also discoverd that elizabeth crowders and joseph coopers marriage witnesses were henry smith and ann cooper .also census elizabeth has a brother named george smith .not sure if any links but the smith family seem to feature somewhere hope anyone can help.thanks blessings x
