Post by: ChrisPage on Friday 07 July 06 12:21 BST (UK)
First time I have asked for a restoration so I hope I done the size right. Is there anyone who could try and restore this please. Also can anyone give a rough idea of the date

Thanks in advance

Christine.

Hi Christine  :)
Welcome to the Restoration page - you will get plenty of help here  :)
I would put the date for this photo between about 1900 and 1910.  It looks like it is on a medium-weight card, possibly with a postcard-style back.  Hope that helps you - I will leave the restoring to people with more time, patience and talent  ;D
Cheers
Prue

My thanks to each of you, much appreciated. They look great

Thanks for the date Prue. I thought the children were my husbands Father and Aunt, they were born in 1894 & 1898 so that seems right with the dates you gave.

Thanks Carol they are lovely.

I am spoilt for choice, i love them all. The boy in the photo is so much like my husband and son. They both had the curls when they were a similar age, and my son has just had a daughter who has inherited the lovely blond curly hair and deep blue eyes.
