Title: Ann Beard and Richard Cooper

I have extremely limited information about Ann Beard, birth place Wolverhampton who married a Richard Cooper born 29/7/1815.

I believe they married on 6 November 1843 and may have had  children named Ann, Emma and John and Samuel.

Interested in advice of how to go about verifing details and finding out more about Ann Berda and her family. I ned a diversion from the Coopers( they are driving me nutty)!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have any census info for Richard & Ann, or know roughly where they may have been living after they married? I've had a quick look on the 1851 but more info would help narrow down the search.  :)

Do you have the marriage cert for 6 Nov 1843? That would give a location and (possibly) Ann's fathers name - info  to help find Ann on 1841 census.

Actually I've just done a freeBMD (http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/) search for their marriage:

An Ann Beard appears on the entry for Q4 1843 but she's in Devon (St Thomas district) & there's no Richard Cooper for the same place/qtr.

The best place to start might be to check you have the right marriage/couple... ???
