Title: shearer auchterless

i am looking for information on thomas shearer b 1789 and ann bruce c1794. they lived at 51 low street new pitsligo aberdeenshire. i know they had a son george shearer b 1830, but i cannot find him in the 1841 census. it does show a jean shearer aged 13, but i cannot find any other records for her.

can anyone help please?

my landlady was born and bred in pitrsligo - i can ask her if she knows of any family of that name...they stick to the same village up here for centuries!
