trying to find more info on my great grandparents charles matthew allridge & emily elizabeth green.
 charles was a canal worker , working on the barges he & emily married in 1888 in aylesbury.they were 21 1/2 yrs at marriage
  charles father was richard & he was also a barge man, emilys father was unkown so don`t think going
get much info on her
  i believe charles had a brother called john & somewhere brentford is connected

Are you doing a One Name Study on the entire family name or are you just after information on these particular individuals?  :)

If the latter is the case I will gladly move the post for you to a more relevant board which may help to generate a response for you.   Please let me have any information on possible locations (County etc.) so I can place it in the right board.

hi ticker,trying to find info on individuals, problem is where are they from, my great grandfather charles was born in wolverhampton ,but my grandmother was born in northampton & one of her sisters was born in derby. because they were barge people they travelled the midlands
