hi.. ive used the following link to obtain details of the electoral role.. if you ask for a one year search(each time.. they will send you details for free.. it usually takes them a week to reply.. but its worth the wait.. dont know if they cover monmouth.. but im sure theyll give you the address of monmouth if need be.. goodluck!!
