Hello,   This is my first effort at connecting with others researching the Boorer name.  My ancestral link is with the Boorer family living in Dorman's Land, Lingfield, Surrey in the late 1790s through mid 1800s.  This is my first time using Roots Chat.

Hello Carole and welcome to Rootschat.  :D

Sadly Grandad James passed away a few years ago.

His good work has been carried on.

See

You may also find some help on the Sussex and Surrey boards of Rootschat.

My BORERs came from Kent but I expect originated from East Sussex.
