Does anyone know if he is still around?  I have tried to contact him via personal message but for some reason it says he is not accepting personal messages.  I have some info on a relative of his who died during WW1

Looking at his profile he hasn't been on Rootschat since January 2005.

Is  Geoff of Devon still around?   I need to contact re a search he did back in 2004 (Alfred Thomas Charles Martin).

Sorry Andrew, it appears he hasn't been on Rootschat since Jan 2005.

You might like to check back through his posts to see if there's anything relevant in there, or whether there were others sharing his interests that may welcome your info!

Hi Andrew,

If you were to make two more replies, you will be able to make and receive Personal Messages.   You only need to say Hi or similar on each post.

It is to stop spammers going on raiding expeditions etc....  :)

Normally when you reply to the topic, RootsChat sends out an email notification with a link for the person to read the reply. Here is the topic.

Checking on "Geoff of Devon's" email notifications I can see that they had turned all of them off in 2005 which suggest that they are no longer following the topics.  I have taken a chance and sent them an email with a link to your new replies. Fingers crossed  :)
