Hello all,
Help please finding Emily Steele who by oral account married my maternal ggrandfather Albert Charles Howlett (known as Charles). I don't know the year of marriage but would guess between 1900 and 1903. Albert Charles lived in Rawdon and later Barwick in Elmet having moved from Norfolk.
The only record I can find on BMD is for an Emily Budding reg in 1901. Is Emily Budding Emily Steele?
Could it be that the records are not transcribed yet?
Are Charles and Emily on the 1901? If so where is she listed as being born please?

better still
BMD has a wedding registered in 1880 between a John W Steel and an Ellen Buddings so The Emily Budding married to Albert Charles Howlett in 1901 is almost certainly this Emily/Emely. ;D
thanks again for help with this
