Title: Vines family

Trying to find out if my wifes ancestors named Vines are from County Carlow. They came to the USA in the 1850's. If not from Carlow does anyone have an idea where in Ireland they came from. It is not a very common Irish name.

 DUBLIN,
CARLOW,
WICKLOW and KILDARE
