Does anyone have any information on the name DUMBARD in the mid 1800's around ELY , Cambridgeshire ?

From what I can see there are no Dumbards/Bumbards at all on any cencus apart from in America where  there  are quite a few

Rosa Bumbard Reeves  Birth 18 th March 1803 Ely Cambs
  Baptism 18 th March 1803 Holy Trinity Ely Cambs
Father Francis REEVE Abt 1772 not in Cambridgshire
Mother Ann Unknown Born 1775- 1786 Ely Cambridgshire
l seem to be at an end with this line of research.
