hi is there any way of gettin albert finney the actors mother and parents up he was born in 1936 born in salford- manchester and i no i am related to him, he is my granmothers sisters grandson and her maiden name was may thomas, thank you very much mars.xx

it will have his mothers maiden name so should be quite easy to find his parents marriage ref

Albert Finney is your Grandma's sisters Grandson,his Mum's maiden name was Hobson,so you'd have to look for his parents wedding,if he was one of the oldest children,his mum might have been born after 1911 so that would give HER mothers maiden name,which should be the same as your grans maiden name.I think!! ;D
**June 1/4 1936 Salford 8d 439 is the code for Alberts birth certificate,that would tell you his parents full names

hi I no when my grandmother was born 1900, so may, mary, cand ginnie was born after, there father was called charles thomas, and there mother was called sarah thomas nn gilmore, thanks mags.
