Okay it was three years ago since you posted your message but I've just found it!
BUSHBY'S are my ancestors - lots of them all over the world. So far I have found Edmund who was hanged at Lewes Assizes in 1831 for setting fire to a hay rick and John (okay he lived in London) who was transported to the Americas for stealing a cheese worth 10d in 1730, also at least one Bushby who fought at Trafalgar. It appears that my great grandmother (also a Bushby) committed bigamy - a poor man's divorce!
What a family...!!!

I have William Goatcher bp c 1790 who married Mary Terry in 1811 in Wiston, Sam Goatcher who married Emily Eade and Adolphus son of Sam and Emily who was bp in 1866 in Washington according to the 1881 census.

I can't see them being mine, but you never know. I will keep the info just in case.
