I too have had difficulty in getting in touch with the person who runs the Payne name in Ingrave,
This looked like the first person who I have ever been able to find who is looking at the same family that I am researching, I was so disapp

Unless you run an email programme like outlook express or microsoft outlook then the link will not run however if you run your pointer over the name the email address is displayed at the bottom of the screen if you write that down then you can contact them through whatever mail programme you use.
Lindy I am checking the entry for Payne for you will advise whether this address is still in use.

Thank you Annemarie, I did what you suggested with another name, Baker, and that worked ok it was just the laddy who dealt with the Paynes that I was having trouuble with.

I have emailed her but as yet I have had no reply.
The message has not been returned so that looks hopefull!
One thing a lot of people use the spam tools which include any message with certain words in the title you may find Essex is refused so try not to use that in the subject heading!
annoying but i found it helps sometimes!
