Title: Cookley Marriage Records - PALMER/UPSON

I am looking for details of the marriage of William Palmer and Sarah Upson in Cookley on 19 Nov. 1833.

I'm not sure how detailed the parish records were back then, but any information would be just great.

Hi Claudia

Here is the marriage from the Suffolk Marriage Index.  The only other information that you would glean from the parish record at this date would be the marriage witnesses.  Details of father's names and occupations only began to be recorded after civil registration began in 1837.

William PALMER TO  Sarah UPSON Married at Cookley on 19 Nov 1833
Both single and of the parish of Cookley.

So sorry - I have not been on the site for ages!
I can confirm the above marriage details and you may be interested to know from the parrish records that the marriage witnesses were: William Palmer & Mary Andrews
