Does anyone have the above pair at all? They married in Venn Ottery 1760 but their baptisms are not there. Reference to Woodrow or Tucker in any adjoining parishes would be helpful to pinpoint where to look next.

Hi Bryan
thanks for your reply - I was aware of these records but felt they were all so far away from each other to be the two I was looking for. But maybe I will follow this trail and see where it leads me.
thanks again
best wishes Sonia

I have Samuel Woodrow in my line coming from Yarcombe, and I think this is correct. HOWEVER Bridget Tucker is a pain! I traced her back through Grace for centuries (into the Tucker/Stukeley line), and recently found on www.genogold.com/hartlandburs/hartlandburs a burial of Bridget Tucker on 10 May 1746 "base child of Grace". So this is NOT the Bridget Tucker you need to be checking. It's going to take me days to delete her line from my files! Will keep you posted if I find anything more on this elusive woman.

many thanks for info - I haven't looked at this line for some time and on checking hadn't moved on so haven't got your nightmare of deleting anything.
Good luck
