Title: The six sisters...
Post by: liverpool lass on Friday 24 March 06 17:17 GMT (UK)
I have uncovered a newspaper clipping, no date or name of publication. There is a photograph of 'the six sisters of Pontardulais' who were united for the first time in 20 years at Llangollen. They are named as follows;
Mrs G Williams
Mrs A Wiggins
Mrs J Davies
Mrs Robert Armishaw of Chicago
Mrs Albert Morgan
Mrs Llewellyn John.
Apparently they are all from the Swansea area.
Does anyone know these people? The only reason I can think my father in law kept it was that there is a link with the MORGANs in our tree. Can anyone enlighten me please

Update -  Found another article about the same family but this time it was 'Six brothers reunited! (1948). Its a very long article giving lots of detail about the families. Will try the site again and see if I can get more info. Thanks.
