Hi, I found 2 likely families in Lampeter in 1841.................
HO107/1375/5, Enum Dist 6, Town of Lampeter, p14
Address - Boyne Cottages, all surnames Davies
Elias, 45, Ag Lab, n
Hannah, 40, y
James, 11, y
Anne, 9, y
Elizabeth, 7, y
Rees, 4, y
Same reference as above but p21. Address - High St, all sunames Davies except where shown otherwise, all born in county.
Rees, 40, Inn Keeper
Elizabeth, 45
Samuel, 11
Elizabeth, 9
Margaret, 2
Elizabeth Walters, 25, FS
There was another but unlikely match of an Elizabeth Davies age 11.
Hope it helps, cheers Dave

I'm not clear if you know when John Jones and Elizabeth Davies were married.
I would imagine before 1859 as they have a 2 year old daughter in 1861. They would probably have married in Lampeter (Elizabeth's home), especially as John's home town, Llanybydder is only 5 miles SW of Lampeter.
With surnames like Jones and Davies it's very hit and miss but freeBMD shows a marriage for an Elizabeth Davies Dec qtr 1857, Lampeter District, 11b/107. A John Jones is on the same page. Could POSSIBLY be your family.
Every Welsh family has a John Jones or 2. In the 18th century my Jones families were marrying other Jones families and I have one marriage cert where ALL are Jones, even the minister and Registrar ::)
Best of luck, cheers Dave
