Hi!
I am hoping a kind person can help me break down a long-standing brick wall.
My great grandmother was called Mary Harriet DAVISON. I have very little to go on other than that her mother was called Harriet and father John DAVISON. By the 1851 census, John has died and mother had remarried. Mary gave her place of birth as Hull, Yorkshire.
I have checked the IGI to no avail so am hoping that someone can shed some light on this elusive ancestor! Mary Harriet must have been born around 1835-1837 so JUST too early for registration!
