Hi,
This is at
http://www.blaxland.com/ozships/
18th March 1853, Sybil. Origin Newfoundland. Destined for Geelong. Via Cape of Good Hope. In Ballast.
Are you searching for a passenger/crew by name? If so the same site may help you.
I see from your other threads that you are interested in 'MELLISH'. The above search site shows him as a passenger -

Hi,
The "Sybil" left St. Johns, Newfoundland on the 17th November, 1852. My great uncle Alexander Watt and his parents John and Lucretia Watt (Chafe) were on board.

Hi Ros & Mellishbute
Thanks for sorting out my posting Ros!!
You are quite right and the entry reads
DEPARTS Nov 16th 1852 to Port Phillip
and it does not say he was 16. I must be having a vague phase. ( can't find a little expression face for vague)
That is amazing that you had relatives on board too.
Good Luck,
Sue

Hi Mellishbute,
I have found a letter to the editor of the Newfoundland Express describing the voyage of the "sybil", the passenger list and a couple of pages on passengers who travelled.
If you contact me by sending a message and giving me your email I will send it all to you. Click on my user name to send me a message.
