I am trying to find 2 brothers in 1841. Their names are JOHN WELTON born about 1793 in Hoxne and CHARLES WELTON born about 1796 also in Hoxne. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This could be Charles.
The 41 does not record marital status, relationships within families or exact place of birth. It only indicates whether or not someone was born in the census county. Adult ages are often rounded down to nearest 5.

Hi Rick,
It seems highly likely that these are the two I am looking for, they came from a long line of agriculture labourers and so that would fit as well.
Thank you so much for your help.
