Hi
I am asking this question for a friend who asked it of me, she is not a rootschatter - and I could not give her an answer. I feel sure there is someone out there who can!
It seems that in Phillimore's Parish records for Cornwall there appear to be some letters after certain marriages i.e. p, t, y etc. The Preface does give some explanation for the meaning of the letters but my friend cannot discover an explanation for the letters t and y. Can anyone help before it drives me completely mad!
regards
Muddy
