I would be ever thankful for any references to the names CHIOCCHI / MOUSDALE / STRINGFELLOW in / around Liverpool and Everton in the 1861 census.

No Chiocchi i,m afraid, not even somthing that sounds/looks like it. There are some Stringfellows and Mousedales tho.  Here they are..
