Hi,
I don't know if you have seen the posting on this board on the 21st August regarding a really useful site Waterford Householders 1909/10, I have just had a look and your James McDonald was at 20 St Alphonsus St in 1909/10.
I have ordered the 1911 Census from the LDS and I am going in for the day on the 18th October to have a look at it. It may not have the street you are looking for on the particular film I've ordered (there are several different films for the 1911 census) but if St Alphonsus St is on it I will take the details of who was at 20 and let you know.

Hi Mo,
I hope you did not think I had forgotton my promise to look for your James McDonald. I actually only got to search the films this week, and unfortunately St Alphonsus St was not on any of the 3 films I searched. I was really hoping to be able to tell you some details, it's nearly as exciting finding things out for other people as it is finding your own family!, I wish you luck in your research.
