Hi Murray,

I have a Thomas Maddern married to Doris ( nee Eddy) Harvey in 1951 3rd qtr. Penzance....from later information I believe they moved to Flushing, Falmouth, Cornwall.

I have Mary Jane Maddern b. 1844 Penzance, Cornwall; chr. 30.7.1844 Saint Buryan, Cornwall. Emigrated to Australia with parents William & Phillis Maddern, on the "Sir George Seymour" arriving 14.5.1849. In 1874 she married Alfred Wilmot Wheatland in Geelong and became his second wife. They had 7 children together.  Mary Jane died on 12.11.1929 aged 85 of "Arterio Bellerosis Many hears; Asthenia and heart failure 6 weeks". She was buried on 13.11.1929 in the Methodist Section of Brighton Cemetery, Victoria.

If you think Mary Jane connects with your line I will give you the information I have on their children etc.

Kerryn
