Title: 1851 census Westminster?

Looking for the following family - can anyone help?

Places of birth were all listed as Westminster in the 1861 census, as were those of later children.

Benjamin Mills (37)
Betsy Mills (24)
Benjamin Thomas Mills (1)

Ages are approx in 1851
