am seeking info on the plumb family that came from Fulbourn, West Wrattling, Brinkley areas in Cambridgeshire from the  1700's onwards, also there wives who are Frances Vale [married Stephen 1732], Mary Howe [married John West Wrattling 1794]
Other plumb boys names are Samuel , James. Any info at all on any of these people greatly received.

Have you tried the Cambridgeshire Family History site? You never know there may be a snippet form the 1700's that will help.

a good site but cannot go back past 1800's. still got some relo's so it was worth a look.and thanks for the tip.

Shame this thread is now so old.   There is many Plumbs in the State of Queensland, Australia around Rockhampton and Barcaldine, all from West Wrattling.
