Hello
I would appreciate a look-up of either the 1841, 1851 (or both) census records.
I am trying to find a Thomas Moore born Tipton in 1841. On his marriage certificate to Lydia Hughes in 1862 his father is shown as Thomas Moore a furnaceman. One of the witnesses on his marriage certificate was an Hannah Moore who could be a sister? On the 1881 census his birthplace is shown as Tipton.
I am having trouble finding Thomas Moore's (b1841) birth certificate via the several register offices in the area. so I am trying to find him n the census records to try to find his mother's name. Possibles are Hannah Kent, Hannah Dawson or Rebecca Thornhill. There were several Thomas Moore's born in Tipton around 1841.
Thank you for any help you can give on this.

Perhaps this is the family - was Thomas' father noted as deceased on the marriage certificate? It could be either his mother or sister both named Hannah who was a witness at his marriage 1862
