Hi All,
I'm interested in some background info on the above and also seeing if there were books kept of employees and where kept. I had a great/great uncle work there and died therethough not work related. I live down south so unable to access local records for that area. Thank you

If you don't get any info. on the Wireworks, you could try getting in touch with the staff at Darlington Local Studies Library. They are very helpful and might know where the appropriate records are.

if so I worked there as an apprentice in the 1950,s
I can remember some names , most pewpole working there lived on Albert Hill
