Hallo, Robbo
I had a look at BMD records and found the following:
Death: CRANK Catherine, age 1, Dec 1892, Liverpool, vol 8b p97
Marriage: CRANK Ethel, Sep 1910, Liverpool, vol 8b p43
This could suggest that the family was in Liverpool after 1891 but either they were missed off the census or their names were badly transcribed.
Good luck
Philip
