I would like to get in touch with anyone who's researching the Campbell's of Scotland.

my line consists of James Campbell & Jane Kerwin

Hi Genebug,
My Campbells were from Kilmonivaig, Inverness near Fort William, Archibald Campbell marr. Catherine McMillan in 1798, he was born abt 1759 & died on the voyage to Australia in 1838.
Family story was that they were originally from Argyll, but I can't find any records to prove that, let alone identify his parents,

Hi genebug,
My Campbells are from lanarkshire, Scotland.  mainly around the Bishopsbriggs, Cadder area.
Alexander Campbell  b 1777 m. Elizabeth Park
Alexander Campbell b 1808 . Jean McKean
Alexander Campbell b 1833 m Maggie Murdoch.

If any of this fits in at all with your Campbells don't hesitate to get in touch.
