Hi Jan have done that search no luck ???
-
Have you tried all the spelling variants of the name Birchill/Birchall/Burchall/Birchull just in case.
What other information have you found about William? Do you know for sure he died in Broseley? Have you found him on any of the census?

Hi Jan did all the variants still no luck, last census was 1901 living in Bradley age 35 occupation Gardener, his wife was Annie C Birchall or Burchill I have that Census.
The information on Burial comes from relatives, unfortunately they did not know date of death he was alive in 1901 they think he died somewhere between 1914 and 1925 and is buried in broseley.

I am hoping to go to the Shropshire Archives again very soon, so if you like i'll have a look there for you.
I can't promise that I'll find it, but you never know.

Hi Jan any luck with Broseley, or maybe tell me the name of cemetery in Broseley, I cannot get any further with death research :'(

Hiya
I'm afraid that I haven't been back to the Archives yet, I can only go on a Friday and rely on my Mum to babysit my youngest. She's had other plans recently, but I'll let you know when I get chance to go.
In the meantime, have a look at this http://www.broseley.org.uk/church.htm#Cemetery
Hope it helps!

Hi there
I've been to the Shropshire Archives but there are no burials for Brosely for 1914 to 1925.
I suggest that you look at for a death on 1837online again, bearing in mind the various spellings of the surname Burchill. You could also look on Ancestry - the BMD Index is on there too.
Good Luck!
Jan
