Could anyone give me the address and household
transcription for RG9/3936/folio ? maybe about
page 172 - Cockermouth

Sarah Fletcher, 34 yrs.
Mary Jane Fletcher, 8 yrs
Ann Fletcher, 2 yrs.

I am particularly interested if Sarah Fletcher was
married or not.

Sarah was unmarried in 1861 but in the 1871 census she and her daughters are living in Oldham, Lancashire and she is shown as Sarah Wright married to Thomas Wright. Sarah appears to have died in Oldham in 1882.  It was the second marriage for Thomas. His first marriage was to Frances Stephenson at Selside, Kendal, Westmorland on 28 May 1833.
Do you have any details of where and when he married Sarah?

In 1881 Ann has married William Henry Atkins and her sister Mary Jane and mother Sarah are living with them.
