There is a Charlotte Vessey born 1849 on the 1851 census born Panton, Horncastle with a different family.

-
This is not truly Horncastle, but John William Sizer born about 1865 at Addlethorpe married a Naomi Vessey, she died about 1941 in Kirton End, Nr. Boston. Vessey was not a name associated with Kirton - I know I was born there in 1935, so I guess they came from elsewhere.
-
Hi Tricia
Once again you have been good to me.I never realized that My GGG grandfather Charles had so many children . Poor Eliza.
Poor me, I will have enough research to keep me out of mischief for years.
I have just found on the BMD Charlotte Died 1941 HORNCASTLE Never thought to look for her death at 1 year old.
The other Charlotte you found Panton B 1849 .Would her parent s be Joseph & Mary if so ,this is the above Charles,s father William,s brother Joseph who was born in 1787 married in 1822
What I cant understand is Charlotte being born so long after they married Can you give me a look up for this.. Don't tell me have a large family too.
Much appreciated for your wonderful work.

Hello Tony.
I always thought Vessey, my maiden name would have been an easy name to research until I got started. You can see by Tricia,s above Census list they were big breeders
In my researching I have not come across A Naiomi Vessey, Most of them came from Lincolnshire, but I would think that most of the Vesseys in England would be connected somehow. My grand dad Vessey immigrated to New Zealand 1910. only ones in our Telephone book are relations.
Thank you for your imput
DIANNE.

Hi Trish, Thank you again for the ABOVE Panton Census.
You dont know how much enjoyment you have given me in finding these names for me. I have never been able to get access to these Census.s except for 1881/91/01 and I have always had to go to F.H Centre and send away for films taking weeks to arrive & possible the wrong ones.Although I have most details of my VESSEY Tribe you have given me extra children I did not know of.
Could you give me A Census look up for

Might even be Honourable Mrs Whatsit but it is difficult to read :)
The Hon Mrs Wotsit (from Devon) is on Folio 389 - I'm still not sure of her name (nor do I care really) - Thomas ROBINSON 21 born Clixby may be easier to find if you want to look.
Although they are spelt differently, having a 'Tricia and a Trisha around the place is starting to confuse me :-\
-
Oh, you poor little soul ;D Good job they aren't spelt the same, then.
Here, are you Geoff Everitt?

Dont worry about your reply I,m more concerned about where my reply went it hasnt appeared on my site. Whose got it ?. I had spent quite some time looking up my family tree so I could answer Tricias question So many Williams Charles & Elizas it was becoming a bit confusing Some of my VESSEY FAMILY had 10/12 kids, all named after parents brothers mothers & aunts.
I had so many replies coming in yesterday it was hard to remember if I had answered them all
Great Site

When you send a message to someone, you have no record of it UNLESS you tick the "Save a copy to my outbox" box underneath the message.
-
Geoff
I always just press the the POST BUTTON after a request and it automatically comes up on site so my researcher and my self can both view and read it for reference. I usuallly print them off anyway It has never happened before.
Thanks for your help
