if you go to the above link, there is a list at the bottom of the page with a list of all the service points in this area. i.e Fortrose, Dingwall, etc. if you click the one you require, the contact details will come up for you.

I contacted the Fortrose service point and they were really helpful. They told me about a great site which has photos of local graves.
