Hello,
My father's cousin, Mary Winifred Blanchard, was born in December 1923 at Portland House, High Street, Prestatyn (address given on the birth certificate). Her father's occupation is given, on the birth certificate, as master grocer. I am wondering whether anyone, with local knowledge of Prestatyn, can advise me as to what type of premises Portland House was/is ?
