Hello Peter

Sorry for the delay in replying

I have established that my ancestral line ( surname Meese/Mees  ) started in

Kingswinford/ Brierley Hill areas

I know that Joseph Meese married Ann Worrall in 1826

Their son Heywood married Jane Parrish in 1853

Janes sister Sarah maried into the Chevasse line

Hence my connections with these names

I am keen to establish links with fellow researchers to compare notes and to se how far back anyone has gone

I have a Grace Meese whom married a Robert Dawes and then an Elijah Gould in 1895.  Graces father is a James Meese. Elijah is the son of Elijah and Ann Gould. Ann is the daughter of James and Elizabeth Parrish of Kingswinford Staffordshire!!

I am tracing the Parrish family.
