Title: 1901 lookup Nurden Birmingham
Post by: wayneharris on Thursday 15 December 05 17:58 GMT (UK)
Hi
I'm looking for a set of siblings who I believe moved to Birmingham from Chipping Norton after their mother died in 1900.
They are:
Ellen Nurden b1882
Minnie Nurden 1884
Frank Nurden 1885
Kate Nurden 1887

All born in Chipping Norton.

Please note that Nurden is often spelt wrongly and rarely right. Derivations include Nirden, Nurdin, Nourden, Nourdin and even Nusden, Lurden and Varden/Vurdin. :-\

They may be together, they may not!
Any help would be great
Thanks, Wayne :)

Thanks very much. I reckon Ellen must have either married or died herself.
Thanks again and merry christmas :)

there were some Nurdin's [around 1912-1950 by memory] who were Butchers from Gloucestershire and lived on Mosley Road Birmingham and were buried at St Nicholas Church Kings Norton. I came across them years ago when i was searching for my own family NERDING.
